With technology and boundaries being pushed all the time cake trends change as much as bridal fashions.

A few years ago they were beginning to take a back seat being replaced with various alternatives but now they’re back and more glorious than ever.

And the bolder the colour the better. Long gone are the days of white icing with bright metallics playing a role in the theming. Metallic décor is universal, can easily match a lot of wedding themes and is a great way of adding instant glamour.

The big drip. Drip cakes are a big beautiful mess. Decorated with fruits and berries they’ll take centre stage on any dessert table.
